Lakshmi Ratna (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the website lakshmiratna.com. By placing an order on this website, you acknowledge and agree to the shipping terms outlined below. These policies are designed to ensure transparency, protect both parties, and set clear expectations regarding our delivery process.

Delivery Timeline : We deliver in 7 business days – your patience, our promise.

Please note: In rare cases, if your order is not delivered due to technical issues or courier errors, kindly email us at contact@lakshmiratna.com. Resolutions or refunds (where applicable) may take up to 15 days to process.
By purchasing from us, you agree to abide by all company policies mentioned here.


GENERAL

We strive to keep our inventory updated and maintain accurate stock levels for all crystals and wellness products. However, in the event of unexpected stock discrepancies, we will ship the available items and contact you to choose one of the following options:

  • Wait for the item to restock
  • Choose an alternative product of equal or higher value
  • Receive store credit for the billed amount

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, which you can use on the courier partner’s website to track your shipment.

Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.
Lakshmi Ratna will not be responsible for lost, undelivered, or misrouted packages due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Our courier partners deliver Monday to Friday during standard business hours. Our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.
Please note that we do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

All deliveries will be attempted twice. If the customer is unable to receive the order on the second attempt, the package will be returned to us. Additional shipping charges will apply for reshipping the order.

Any delay caused by the courier company after dispatch is beyond our control. We will assist by coordinating with the courier partner, but Lakshmi Ratna cannot be held liable for delays once the shipment has left our facility.

If you receive a package that is damaged during transit, please email us immediately at contact@lakshmiratna.com with photos/video of the damaged parcel. Our support team will assist you in finding the best possible resolution.


INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & TAXES

Customs duties, taxes, and additional fees vary by country and cannot be estimated beforehand.
Any such charges levied by your country’s customs department or the courier service are solely the responsibility of the buyer.
